Tall Tan Man's Journey to Australia

I have some news.  Tall Tan Man is headed to Australia on "business."  When he told me initially I was so excited then I had to fight back the tears {sigh}.  I would think by now I would be use to distance and him traveling, but it doesn't seem get easier.  He is headed to Brisbane, Australia which is located on the east coast.  

I know next to nothing about Australia.  I do know Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman are from there, and that the Real World was in Sydney one season.  Tall Tan Man will be a Brisbane Bandit which is a team in the ABL {Australian Baseball League}.  

The time difference is 18 hours ahead of Dallas.  Holy frickin' cow.  This means when he is playing games at 7 PM it will be 1 AM...  I do not know how I am going to handle this. I go to bed at 10, even on weekends.  I know, I am lame.  He also won't really have a phone to use.  hmmmm Seems like I am going to have to figure out how to communicate via skype and email.  I might be blogging more in the next two months, because I will be bored...He gets back at the end of January.  I also might use my blog to communicate to Tall Tan Man about what is going on in my life.  I hope ya'll are okay with that.  :)  I hope you had a great Thanksgiving!  It was nice having a week off {one of the perks of being a teacher}.
