Overnight Oats {Easy & Healthy Breakfast}
Hello! Is anyone still sticking with their New Years resolutions? If you are then you should give yourself a pat on the back or go buy some new lulu lemon pants, because it is MARCH! Holla! I have been eating this {egg casserole} for the last two months and I decided I was ready for a change.
Raspberry Overnight Oats
Adapted from Skinny Taste
Ingredients:
1/4 cup quick oats
1/2 cup 1% milk
1/2 tbsp flax seed
1/2 cup raspberries
2 Truvia
2 pinches of cinnamon
1 tbsp chopped pecans
Directions:
1. Combine all the ingredients except for the chopped pecans in a mason jar. Shake until combined & refrigerate overnight.
2. In the morning microwave the jar for about 1 minute then add the chopped pecans {you do not have to microwave your oats, but there is no way I am eating cold oats when it is 7 degrees today}.
3. Enjoy!
