The Goods:
• 10 oz bag of fresh spinach
• 1 pkg.-crumbed feta
• Fresh Fruit (sliced strawberries, raspberries, chopped apple)
The Dressing Goods:
• 2 pkg Oriental Ramen seasonings
• 1/3 cup oil
• ½ cup apple cider vinegar
• ½ cup sugar
I always make the dressing ahead of time. It is simple, mix all of the ingredients together and refrigerate.
You can also assemble the salad ahead of time. I leave the dressing on the side because everyone likes a different amount.
You could add bacon crumbles, hard boiled eggs or grilled chicken to make this a meal!
This is a picture from my junior year of college. It warms my heart and slightly embarrasses me. I am sure a couple of these wonderful women might say "why did you put that up?!" I love every single one of them and this is a picture from our first dinner party!
